ONPointe did not begin as a real estate idea. It began as a question.
What happens if we bring the same attention we give to creative work into the places where we live in Durham, North Carolina?
Most housing today is designed around efficiency. Square footage. Speed. Finish schedules. Those things matter, but they fall away once the actual living begins. ONP was created to explore something closer to home. A place that supports focus, rest, and creative momentum without demanding attention.
ONP is intentionally small. Two units for rent, an owner-occupant, and a shared studio in Durham. We're not bothered to scale. That choice opened up time to shape decisions. Each unit includes space to work from home without turning the entire apartment into an office. Residents have access to a shared art studio and on-site parking. Billing is simple. These details remove friction from daily life.
When small burdens are lifted, space opens up for work, rest, and focus. ONP exists for creative professionals, remote workers, and thoughtful renters who want their home to support their rhythm rather than compete with it.
ONPointe is about the creative journey, and what becomes possible when it is respected.
