Creative work rarely fits neatly into a schedule. Some days are full. Others are quiet.
ONPointe was designed for that reality.
Each one-bedroom apartment includes a dedicated work-from-home study. It is not a temporary setup. It is a real space for focus that does not take over the rest of the home.
Beyond the units, residents have access to a shared art studio. A place to spread out, experiment, or work differently for a few hours. It's not programmed. It exists to be used as needed.
Creative work does not always thrive within rigid systems. It might need structure, or space may be required to develop ideas. ONPointe offers both without prescribing how either should be used.
Separation also matters. Being able to close a door on work. Being able to step outside and reset. Nearby parks, trails, and walkable streets in Durham make that easier without a long commute.
ONPointe isn't offering a guide to mastering creativity, but the property creates conditions where creative work can live comfortably alongside everyday life.
