Creative work rarely fits neatly into a schedule. Some days are full, and others are quiet.
ONPointe was designed for that reality. Each one-bedroom apartment includes a dedicated work-from-home study. It is not a temporary setup. It is a dedicated space for focus that doesn't spill over into everything else.
Beyond the units, residents have access to a shared art studio. A place to spread out, experiment, or work differently for a few hours. It's not programmed. It exists to be used as needed.
Creative work does not always thrive within rigid systems. It might need routine or maybe more space to develop ideas. ONP offers both without prescribing how either should be used. Separation also matters. Being able to close a door on work. Being able to step outside and reset. Nearby parks, trails, and walkable streets in Durham make that easier.
ONPointe isn't offering a guide to mastering how folks work, but the property creates conditions where creative effort can live comfortably alongside everyday life.
